Sessions may focus on anxiety, stress, boundaries, grief, self‑esteem, or life transitions, moving at a pace that feels right while developing insight and practical tools for well‑being.

Couple Counselling $150

Couples counselling provides a safe, supportive space to improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate conflict with greater understanding. Sessions foster empathy, clarity, and healthier patterns so partners feel heard, supported, and equipped to move forward together with confidence.

Family Counselling $150

Family counselling helps family members identify and resolve issues, improve communication, and strengthen bonds across generations. Sessions let everyone be heard and work together with the goal of building healthier relationships, establishing connection and developing resilience.

Methods of Payment: Cash, Cheque or E-Transfer

Direct Billing: Blue Cross, Cooperators, Green Shield, Empire Life, SSQ Insurance

Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Insurance:

As a Registered Social Worker with SASW, most clients can claim their counselling sessions through their insurance plans.

You will be given a receipt after each session, which you can then claim from your insurer, or as a medical expense.
